京都醸造コラボ。
ウエストコーストダブルIPA。
ホップは、Idaho7、Luminosa、Strata、Strata CGXを使用。
グレープフルーツ、レモン、和柑橘のような風味。
ベリー、それからパッションフルーツ、パイナップルなどのトロピカルフルーツも。
草っぽい風味や、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味が少々。
瑞々しい感じがあり、少し甘くフルーティー。
苦みほどよく、やや重めのボディ。
後味は、ドライでスッキリとした感じ。
飲み飽きない感じで、とてもイイ。

アルコール度数7.5%　IBU?

It has a refreshing quality and is slightly sweet and fruity.
The bitterness is well-balanced, with a slightly full-bodied profile.
The finish is dry and crisp.
It’s the kind of beer you never get tired of drinking—it’s really great.
