West Coast Brewing　The Gatekeeper Boss: 01
TDH Hazy IPA。
ホップは、Strata、Moutereを使用。
桃、グレープフルーツ、マンゴーなどの風味が感じられる。
木材のようなスパイシーな風味、それから、草っぽい感じも少々。
口当たりは柔らかく、とても滑らか。
甘やかな感じはするものの、苦味はしっかりとしていて、後味はドライ。
ボディは、やや重め。
とても美味しいのだけど、口の中がピリピリする感じがあって、飲んでいて気になってしまう。

アルコール度数7%　IBU?

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

TDH Hazy IPA.
Hops are Strata and Moutere.
Flavors of peach, grapefruit, and mango.
Spicy woody flavor, and a bit of grassiness.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
Sweet but with a firm bitterness and a dry finish.
The body is a bit heavy.
Very tasty, but there is a tingling sensation in the mouth that bothers me when I drink it.
