Sierra Nevada　HOPTIMUM 2026
トリプルIPA。
ホップは、Chinook、Citra、CTZ、Ekuanot、Idaho 7、Magnumを使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘。
ベリー、トロピカルフルーツも。
草っぽい風味や、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も少し。
少し甘い感じがあり、フルーティー。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
流石にアルコール感が、ちょっと目立つかなぁ。
IPAとしては、クラシック寄りな印象。
割と好みのビールでした。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Triple IPA.
Hops used: Chinook, Citra, CTZ, Ekuanot, Idaho 7, and Magnum.
Citrus notes, such as grapefruit.
Also features berry and tropical fruit flavors.
There’s also a slight grassy flavor and a hint of spicy notes reminiscent of wood.
It has a slightly sweet, fruity character.
The bitterness is pronounced, and it has a somewhat full-bodied profile.
The alcohol is definitely a bit noticeable.
As an IPA, it strikes me as more on the classic side.
It was a beer I quite enjoyed.
