Mosaic Single Hop Hazy Double IPA。
ホップは、モザイクを使用。
グレープフルーツ、桃、トロピカルフルーツのような風味。
草っぽい感じや、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も強い。
ほのかに甘い感じがするものの、苦味がしっかりとしていて、ドライ。
口当たりは柔らかく、とても滑らか。
ボディは重め、
ちょっと渋いい感じがするかなぁ。
美味しいのだけど、飲んでいて、やっぱり渋いのが気になる。

スペック：アルコール度数8.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Mosaic hops are used.
Grapefruit, peach, and tropical fruit flavors.
There is also a strong herbaceousness and a spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
The bitterness is strong and dry, although there is a hint of sweetness.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
The body is heavy.
A bit astringent, I think.
It’s delicious, but the astringency is still bothering me when I drink it.
