West Coast Brewing　Lupulin Trip

West Coast Double IPA。
ホップは、Mosaic、Mosaic CRYO、Simcoe、Simcoe CRYOを使用。
ライム、グレープフルーツのような風味が感じられる。
それから、白ぶどうのような風味や、草っぽい感じ、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
ボディはやや重め。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、苦味はしっかり。
後味がスッキリしていて、とてもイイ。

アルコール度数8％　IBU?

West Coast Double IPA.
Hops are Mosaic, Mosaic CRYO, Simcoe, and Simcoe CRYO.
The flavor profile is lime and grapefruit-like.
Then there are white grape-like, grassy, and spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
The body is a bit heavy.
There is little sweetness and a strong bitterness.
The aftertaste is clean and very nice.
