West Coast Brewing BRILLIANT CUT
Hazy Double IPA。
The Slop Shopの2周年ビールとのこと。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツのような風味。
その他にトロピカルフルーツや桃のような風味も。
それから、草っぽい感じも。
ジューシーで滑らかな口当たり。
少し甘い感じがあるものの、苦味はしっかり。
ボディはやや重め。
温度があがってくると、甘い感じが目立ってくる。
とても美味しいのだけど、色味が悪いのがなぁ。
他の人が飲んだBRILLIANT CUTは、綺麗な色をしているのに、何でだろう？
私の保管の仕方が悪かったのか、それとも他に原因があるのだろうか。
それにしても、The Slop Shop、最近行ってないなぁ。
コロナ騒ぎになってから、横浜からあまり出ていないこともあるのだけど。
近々、久しぶりに行ってみよう。
スペック：アルコール度数7.5% IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
This is the second anniversary beer of The Slop Shop.
Flavors like orange and grapefruit.
Other flavors like tropical fruit and peach.
It also has a grassy flavor.
The mouthfeel is juicy and smooth.
A little sweet, but the bitterness is strong.
The body is a little heavy.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes more noticeable.
It is very tasty, but the color is not good.
The BRILLIANT CUT that other people have drunk has a beautiful color, but why?
I wonder if I’ve been storing it wrong, or if there’s some other reason.
Anyway, I haven’t been to The Slop Shop lately.
