ホップは、Mosaic、Comet、Simcoe、Chinook、Bravoを使用とのこと。
グレープフルーツ、ライム。白ブドウのような風味。
ハーブっぽい風味や、フローラルな感じも少々。
ほのかに甘く、フルーティー。
後味がスッキリとした印象。
ボディはやや重め。
ただアルコール度数のわりには、飲みやすいかなぁ。
Black Tideさんのビールは、初めて飲んだけど、美味しいなぁ。

Slightly sweet and fruity.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp.
The body is a little heavy.
The body is a little heavy, but for the alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
I’ve never had Black Tide’s beer before, but it’s delicious.
