トリプルIPA。
ホップは、シムコー、シトラを使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味、草っぽい風味、独特の土っぽい風味を感じる。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライでスッキリ。
苦みはほどよく、ボディはやや重め。
アルコール度数がかなり高いわりに、飲みやすい。
クラシック寄りのIPAといった印象。
とても美味しいのだけど、流石に酔う。
アルコール度数11.25% IBU?

Hops used: Simcoe and Citra.
Citrus notes, such as grapefruit.
I detect spicy, woody notes, grassy flavors, and a distinctive earthy character.
There’s almost no sweetness—it’s dry and crisp.
The bitterness is well-balanced, and the body is slightly full-bodied.
Despite its fairly high alcohol content, it’s easy to drink.
It gives the impression of a more classic-style IPA.
It’s very delicious, but it definitely gets you drunk.
