West Coast Brewingコラボ。
ホップは、Strata、Azacca、Luminosa、Strata T-45、Strata Hyperboostを使用。
桃、ベリー、それからマンゴー、パイナップルなどのトロピカルフルーツ。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジなどの柑橘も。
草っぽい風味がしっかりと。
口当たりが柔らかく、とても滑らか。
少し甘く、ジューシー。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、ボディはやや重め。
華やかなビールなんだけど、苦みがしっかりしているせいか、飲み飽きない。
これは、良いビール。
アルコール度数8% IBU40

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Hazy Double IPA.
Hops used: Strata, Azacca, Luminosa, Strata T-45, and Strata Hyperboost.
Peach, berries, and tropical fruits like mango and pineapple.
Citrus notes like grapefruit and orange as well.
It has a distinct grassy flavor.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
It’s slightly sweet and juicy.
The bitterness is pronounced, and the body is somewhat full-bodied.
It’s a vibrant beer, but perhaps because of the pronounced bitterness, you never get tired of drinking it.
This is a great beer.
