ホップは、Simcoe、Nelson Sauvin、Idaho 7、Cascadeを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライチ、白ブドウのような風味。
パッションフルーツ、パイナップルなどのトロピカルフルーツも。
木材のようなスパイシーな風味や、胡椒っぽい風味を感じる。
甘やかで、フルーティー。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、ボディはやや重めかなぁ。
後味はドライで、スッキリ。
飲み飽きない感じで、とても美味しい。
これは、良いビール。

The bitterness is pronounced, and the body is perhaps a bit on the heavy side.
The finish is dry and crisp.
It’s very delicious and never gets boring.
This is a great beer.
