Jasmine IPA。
ホップは、Helios、Simcoe、Southern crossなどを使用。
それから、Jasmine rice、Jasmine tea、Jasmine flowerを使用。
白ブドウのような風味が、感じられる。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘も。
なんとなく、メロンのような瓜っぽい風味も感じられる。
ジャスミン茶っぽい風味というか、ハーブやフローラルな風味も。
草っぽい風味が、しっかりと。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、かなりドライ。
ボディは、やや重め。
個人的には、好きなビール。
アルコール度数6% IBU63

Very little sweetness, quite dry.
Body is slightly heavy.
Personally, one of my favorite beers.
