湘南ビール ゆずエール
柚子を使ったビール。
ホップは、Mosaic、El dorodoを使用。
柚子の風味は、ほどよく。
それからグレープフルーツ、ライム、八朔、文旦などの和柑橘の風味。
瑞々しく、フルーティー。
若干、草っぽい風味。
苦みはほどよく、柑橘のワタを連想させる苦み。
ボディは、やや軽めかなぁ。
爽やかなビールで、スイスイ飲めてしまう。
派手さは無いけど、美味しいね。
アルコール度数5% IBU?

Yuzu-infused beer.
Hops used: Mosaic and El Dorado.
The yuzu flavor is just right.
Followed by notes of Japanese citrus like grapefruit, lime, Hassaku, and Buntan.
Refreshingly juicy and fruity.
A slight grassy note.
The bitterness is well-balanced, reminiscent of citrus pith.
The body is a bit on the lighter side.
A refreshing beer that goes down smoothly.
Nothing flashy, but it’s delicious.
