志賀高原ビール　一石三鳥（2023）
バレルエイジド・インペリアルダークセゾン。
イチローズモルトの樽で3年半熟成とのこと。
第一印象としては、木材のようなスパイシーな風味が強い感じ。
その後に、レーズン、ドライイチジクのような風味も。
それから、バニラやバナナっぽい風味も少々。
甘やかな感じがあり、フルーティー。
若干酸味もあって、スッキリと飲める。
少しトロッとした感じがあり、とても柔らかな口当たり。
ボディは重く、アルコール度数はかなり高め。
飲んでいると、ボディの重さ、アルコール度数の高さがそれほど気にならず、スルスル飲めてしまう。
これは、危ないやつ。
複雑な味わいで、不思議なビールね。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Barrel Aged Imperial Dark Saison.
It was aged for 3.5 years in Ichiroz Malt barrels.
My first impression is that it has a strong woody, spicy aroma.
Then some raisins and dried figs.
Then a little vanilla and banana-like flavors.
There is a sweetness, fruity.
There is a slight acidity, which makes it a refreshing drink.
The mouthfeel is very soft, with a slight tanginess.
The body is heavy and the alcohol content is quite high.
When drinking it, the heaviness of the body and the high alcohol content do not bother me so much, and I can drink it smoothly.
This is a dangerous one.
It’s a complex beer with a strange taste.
