Fruits Weizen。
リンゴを使ったビール。
リンゴの風味が、しっかりと。
ヴァイツェン特有のバナナっぽい風味も少し。
ほのかに甘くフルーティー。
ヴァイツェンとリンゴの相性は、悪く無い。
前回、飲んだ時は甘かったのだけど、今回はドライめな仕上がり。
ドライめに仕上げた方が、後味がスッキリするので、飲み飽きない。
独特の燻製っぽいというか、少し獣っぽい風味がするのは何故だろう。
炭酸が強いので、個人的にはもう少し炭酸弱めでもいいかな。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重め。
アルコール度数のわりに、飲み応えがある。
美味しいのだけど、味にもうひと工夫欲しいかなぁ。

The apple flavor is distinct.
There’s also a hint of the banana-like flavor characteristic of Weizen.
It’s subtly sweet and fruity.
Weizen and apples aren’t a bad combination.
The last time I drank it, it was sweet, but this time it has a dry finish.
The dry finish gives it a refreshing aftertaste, so you don’t get tired of drinking it.
I wonder why it has a unique smoky, or slightly animal-like flavor.
It’s quite carbonated, so personally, I think it could be a little less carbonated.
The body is a little heavier than medium.
It has a satisfying taste for its alcohol content.
It’s delicious, but I wish the flavor had a little more refinement.
