箕面ビール Mellow Lemon
セッションIPA。
レモンを使ったビール。
ホップは、シムコー、センテニアル、カスケード、シトラ、アマリロを使用。
グレープフルーツ、レモンなどの柑橘の風味。
麦の香ばしい風味も感じられる。
甘やかで、フルーティー。
若干、酸味も。
ボディは、やや軽め。
レモンの風味が心地よく、アルコール度数も控えめなので、スイスイ飲めてしまう。
春先に、飲みたい感じね。
