志賀高原ビール One In A Thousand
Pizza Portとのコラボビール。
ウエストコーストIPA。
グレープフルーツ、ライム。パッションフルーツ、桃のような風味。
それから、白ブドウも少し。
苦味は、ほどよく。
温度が上がると、少し甘やかな感じもでてくるけど、基本ドライ。
ビールの風味がスッと消えていくせいか、雑味少なく、とてもスッキリとした後味。
とても美味しいのだけど、スッキリし過ぎていて、物足りない感じもするかなぁ。
なんだか志賀高原っぽくないビール。
アルコール度数6% IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

West Coast IPA.
Grapefruit, lime. Passionfruit, peachy.
And a bit of white grape.
Bitterness is moderate.
As the temperature rises, there is a slight sweetness, but it is basically dry.
The beer flavor disappears quickly, and the aftertaste is very clean with little clutter.
It’s very tasty, but it’s too clean and not enough for my taste.
This beer is somewhat un-Shiga Kogen-like.
