志賀高原ビール　信州事変（2024）
リンゴ（プラムリー）を使ったIPA。
リンゴっぽい風味はもちろん、グレープフルーツ、レモンなどの柑橘の風味。
ベリーや、トロピカルフルーツのような風味も感じられる。
ジューシーではあるものの、甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライ。
苦みは、控え目の印象。
酸味は、ほどよく。
口当たりは、柔らかく、とても滑らか。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重いくらいかなぁ。
後味がスッキリしていることもあり、スルスル飲める。
信州事変は、年々美味しくなっている気がする。

An IPA with apple (plumery).
Flavors are apple-like, but also grapefruit, lemon, and other citrus flavors.
Berry and tropical fruit flavors are also present.
It is juicy but dry with almost no sweetness.
Bitterness is moderate.
The acidity is moderate.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
The body is a little heavier than medium.
The aftertaste is clean and smooth, making it easy to drink.
This beer seems to be getting better and better every year.
