ウエストコーストIPA。
ホップはｍモザイク、コロンブスクライオ、チヌーク。
草、木材のようなスパイシーな風味が強く。
オレンジ、ミカン、グレープフルーツのようなふうに。
少しベリー、それからトロピカルフルーツのような風味。
温まってくるとレモン、少しフローラルな感じも出てくる。
苦味しっかり。やや重めのボディ。
甘やかな感じはあるけれど、基本ドライ。
これは良いね。
アルコール度数6.5% IBU?

West Coast IPA.
Hops: Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, Chinook.
Strong spicy flavors reminiscent of grass and wood.
Flavors reminiscent of orange, mandarin orange, and grapefruit.
Slightly berry-like, then tropical fruit-like flavors.
As it warms up, lemon and slightly floral flavors emerge.
Strong bitterness. Somewhat heavy body.
There is a sweetness, but it is basically dry.
This is good.
