志賀高原ビール 其の千
インペリアルIPA。
酒米を使ったビール。
グレープフルーツ、和柑橘の風味が強く。
ほのかにベリー、温度が上がってくるとメロンなどの瓜っぽい風味が出てくる。
草っぽい風味や、木材のようなスパイシーな風味が少し。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
柑橘のワタのような苦みを感じる。
甘やかな感じがあり、フルーティー。
後味はドライで、スッキリとしたビール。
アルコール度数が高いわりに飲みやすく、スルスルいけてしまう。

Surprisingly easy to drink despite the high alcohol content; goes down smoothly.
