京都醸造 なんじゃ
ウエストコーストダンクIPA。
ホップは、シトラなど使用。
ベリー、トロピカルフルーツ、それから少し桃。
後味に白ブドウのような風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味も少し。
草っぽい風味が、強め。
苦みは控えめで、甘やかな感じがあり、フルーティー。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
今風のウエストコーストIPAで、とても美味しい。
これは良いね。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
West Coast Dank IPA.
Berries, tropical fruits, and a hint of peach.
A white grape-like flavor lingers in the finish.
A touch of citrus, like grapefruit, too.
A grassy flavor comes through quite strongly.
The bitterness is restrained, with a sweetish feel and fruitiness.
The body is a bit on the heavier side, I’d say.
It’s a modern West Coast IPA, and it’s very tasty.
This is good.
