ホップは、ギャラクシーを使用。
原料に、ワイルドフラワーハニー使用。
苦味というか、渋い感じが強い。
土っぽい風味が強く、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘。
それから、ベリー。トロピカルフルーツ、桃なども。
フローラルな感じが少し。
やや重めのボディ。
甘やかな感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりが柔らかく、滑らか。
後味は。ドライなビール。
美味しいのだけど、土っぽい風味や、渋みが前面に出過ぎている印象。
ちょっとバランス悪いかなぁ。
アルコール度数8.5% IBU?

It has a strong bitterness—or rather, a strong astringency.
It has a pronounced earthy flavor, along with a spicy note reminiscent of wood.
Citrus notes like grapefruit and lime.
Then there are berries, tropical fruits, and peaches.
A slight floral note.
A somewhat heavy body.
It has a sweet, juicy character.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
The finish is dry.
It’s delicious, but I feel the earthy notes and astringency are a bit too prominent.
Maybe the balance is a little off.
