コエドのレストラン限定ビール。
スタイルは、ホワイトエールかな。
柚子を使っているそうで、ほどよい柚子の風味。
口当たりは、柔らかく滑らか。
なんとなく胡椒を思わせるスパイシーな風味を感じる。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかなぁ。
甘やかな感じはありつつも、ドライでスッキリとしたビール。
アルコール度数4.5% IBU?

I’d say the style is a white ale.
It apparently uses yuzu, and has a pleasant, subtle yuzu flavor.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
There’s a spicy note that vaguely reminds me of pepper.
The body is medium, I’d say.
It has a sweet character, yet it’s a dry and crisp beer.
