Milkshake Double IPAとのこと。
ホップは、エニグマ、エクアノット、サブロ、モザイクを使用。
更に原料として、500㎏のイチゴを使用したとか。
飲んでみると、めちゃめちゃイチゴ風味。
バニラの風味もしっかりと。
まさにミルクシェイクIPAといった感じ。
甘い香りが強いのだけど、甘ったるい感じはしない。
優しい酸味も感じられる。
思ったよりもしつこくないので、飲みやすい。
ボディは、やや重め。
いちごの風味が強いので、しばらくの間、いちごが口に残る。
【雑感】
原材料のせいなのだろうけど、他のクラフトビールに比べ、お値段お高め。
でも、美味しいから問題無し。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

It has a strong vanilla flavor.
It’s a true milkshake IPA.
It has a strong sweet aroma, but it’s not overly sweet.
It has a gentle sourness.
It’s not as persistent as I expected, so it’s easy to drink.
The body is a little heavy.
The strawberry flavor is strong, and it stays in the mouth for a while.
