ホップは、Strata、Meridian、Sabloを使用。
それから500kgのイチゴ、バニラを使っているそう。
イチゴの風味はしっかりと。
穏やかなバニラの風味。
少し甘い感じがあって、酸味も少々。
やや重めのボディ。
飲んでいて、ちょっとアルコール感が目立つかな。
口の中がピリピリする感じがあるのも、気になる。
美味しいのだけど、なんだかピンとこない感じもするのよね。
スペック：アルコール度数8.5% IBU?

A bit of sweetness and a bit of acidity.
Slightly heavy body.
A little bit of alcohol is noticeable when drinking it.
There is also a tingling sensation in the mouth that bothers me.
It’s delicious, though.
