サンクトガーレン 和梨のヴァイツェン
梨を使ったヴァイツェン。
傷などのある出荷できない梨を使っているそう。
香りは、通常のヴァイツェンと同じく、バナナのよう。
パンのような麦っぽい風味が、しっかり。
口に含むと、少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
あんまり梨っぽい風味は、感じないかな。
ボディは、やや軽め。
飲みやすくて、イイ感じ。
