Trillium Death Mettle
トリプルIPA。
ホップは、Citra、Galaxy、Amarilloを使用。
オレンジのような風味が強く、マンゴー、桃、グレープフルーツのような風味も。
それから、少し草っぽい感じも。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
やや重めのボディ。
アルコール度数9.7%のわりに、飲みやすい。
トロッとした感じがあり、柔らかな口当たり。
若干、口の中が、ピリピリするのが気になるかなぁ。
とても美味しいので、スルスル飲めてしまう。
ちなみに、缶と樽の両方飲んだけど、樽の方が旨いと思う。
樽の方がアルコール度数を感じさせない飲みやすさが、より強調されている感じ。
ピリピリした感じも抑えられている。
樽の方がフレッシュだったのかな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
