志賀高原ビール Takassy / IMPERIAL STOUT
インペリアルスタウト。
コニャック樽で熟成。
レーズン、ブドウのような風味。
ナッツやアーモンド、ローストしたような風味を少し感じる。
コーヒーやビターチョコレートの様な風味。
ベリーチョコのような感じね。
少し甘い感じがあり、フルーティー。
ボディは重め。
ただ、アルコール度数がかなり高いわりに、飲みやすい。
尖った感じがあまりなく、十分に完成したビール。
あえて、もう少し寝かせてみても面白いかも。
若干、ピリピリする感じがあるのが惜しい。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Aged in cognac barrels.
Flavors reminiscent of raisins and grapes.
Slight hints of nuts, almonds, and roasted notes.
Flavors reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate.
It’s kind of like berry chocolate.
It has a slightly sweet, fruity character.
The body is on the heavy side.
However, despite its fairly high alcohol content, it’s easy to drink.
It doesn’t feel harsh at all—it’s a well-rounded beer.
It might be interesting to let it age a little longer, just to see what happens.
It’s a bit of a shame that there’s a slight tingling sensation.
