ホップは、モザイク、ギャラクシーを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジ、メロンのような風味を感じる。
草っぽい風味や、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味が強い。
かなり苦味が強くて、今まで飲んだビールの中で一番苦いかもしれない。
正直、ここまで苦くなくても良いのではないかと思う。
アルコール度数が11%とかなり高いのだけど、飲んでいて、そこまで高い感じはしない。
流石に、飲み終わる頃には、結構酔っ払っていた。
渋い感じや、口の中がピリピリする感じがあって、飲んでいるうちに喉が痛くなる。
美味しいとは思うのだけど、 このピリピリする感じがなければなぁ。

Hops: Mosaic and Galaxy.
Flavors of grapefruit, orange, and melon.
Strong grassy and spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
It’s quite bitter, maybe the bitterest beer I’ve ever had.
To be honest, I don’t think it needs to be this bitter.
The alcohol content is 11%, which is quite high, but it doesn’t feel that high when you drink it.
I was quite drunk by the time I finished drinking it.
There was an astringent feeling and a tingling sensation in my mouth, and my throat started to hurt as I drank.
I’m sure it’s delicious, but I wish it didn’t have this tingling sensation.
