スタイルは、サワー、それともゴーゼ？
ボイセンベリー、桃を使用しているそう。
飲んでみると、ベリー、イチゴ、梅しそのような風味。
桃っぽい感じも少し。
酸味は、やや強め。
トロッとしたというよりは、ドロッとした口当たりで、スムージーみたい。
ただ、甘味はほとんど感じない。
ほどよい塩味。
万人受けはしないかもしれないけど、美味しいなぁ。

They use boysenberry and peach.
When you drink it, the flavors are berry, strawberry and shiso.
A little bit of peachiness.
The acidity is a little strong.
It was more like a smoothie with a sloppy mouth feel than a thick taste.
But there is almost no sweetness.
It’s a moderately salty taste.
It may not be popular with everyone, but it’s delicious.
