サワーエール。
原料に、パッションフルーツ、ラズベリー、乳糖を使用しているそう。
ベリーの風味が強く、柑橘っぽい風味も感じられる。
甘い感じはなく、酸味は強め。
アルコール度数が高いけれど、気にならずに飲める。
ドロッとしたスームージーみたいなビールかと思ったら、意外にもサラッとした口当たり。
美味しいのだけど、一人で飲むには、量が多い感じ。
350mlくらいだと、ちょうどいいなぁ。
