志賀高原ビール Mosaic IPA
IPA。
シングルホップシリーズということで、ホップはモザイクのみ使用。
口に含むと、オレンジのような風味がやや目立つ。
それから、レモンやグレープフルーツのような風味も。
トロピカルフルーツや、白ブドウの風味も少し。
草っぽさや、スパイシーな感じも少々。
ジューシーで少し甘い感じがあるものの、苦みはしっかり。
風味豊かで、とても美味しい。
評価4.00 
スペック：アルコール度数 6％、IBU 35
以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

In the mouth, the orange-like flavor is slightly noticeable.
Then there’s the flavor of lemon and grapefruit.
A little tropical fruit and white grape flavor.
Also grassy and spicy.
It is juicy and slightly sweet, but has a firm bitterness.
It is rich in flavor and very delicious.
