インペリアルスタウト。
コーヒー豆とカカオニブを使用しているそう。
確かにコーヒーのような風味、ビターなチョコレートのような風味が感じられる。
わずかに酸味があるのだけど、酸味はコーヒー豆由来かな。
ほのかに甘い感じもする。
苦味は強め。
思ったよりも後味がスッキリとしていて、インペリアルスタウトとしては、飲みやすい部類に入るかなぁ。。
アルコール度数が高く、流石に酔う。

Imperial stout.
Uses coffee beans and cacao nibs.
Certainly, it has a coffee-like flavor and a bitter chocolate-like flavor.
It has a slightly sour taste, but is it from coffee beans?
Somewhat sweet.
Bitterness is strong.
Since the aftertaste is refreshing than expected, it is in an easy-to-drink category for Imperial Stout.
High alcohol content, drunk.
