ヘイジーIPA。
ホップは、Anchovy、Citra、Wakatuを使用。
オレンジや、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘が、やや強く。
ベリー、桃、パッションフルーツ、マンゴーなどの風味も。
フローラルな感じがあり、草っぽい感じも少々。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
美味しいビールではあるのだけど、なんか物足りないのよね。
全体的に、薄い印象がしてしまう。
少しピリピリする感じや、渋い感じがするのも気になってしまう。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hazy IPA.

Citrus notes like orange and grapefruit are fairly pronounced.
Flavors of berries, peach, passion fruit, and mango also come through.
There’s a floral quality, with a slight grassy hint.
The bitterness is solid, with a somewhat heavier body.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
It’s a tasty beer, but somehow it feels lacking.
Overall, it leaves an impression of being a bit thin.
I also find myself noticing a slight tingling sensation and a hint of astringency.
