桃を使ったトリペル。
ホップはサファイアを使用。
桃果汁、シナモン、クローブを原料に使っているそう。
桃の風味はしっかりと感じられる。
ジューシーで、ほのかにシナモンの風味。
クローブの風味がやや目立つかな。
ほのかに甘い感じがあるものの、意外とサッパリとした後味。
アルコール度数が高いわりに、飲みやすい。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
