志賀高原ビール　ハバネロマンIPA
インペリアルIPA。
完熟ハバネロを使ったビール。
完熟ハバネロを使っているせいなのか、ベリー、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる独特の甘い風味が感じられる。
もちろん、唐辛子独特のツンとくる風味も。
激辛ではないのだけど、辛味はしっかりめ。
飲んでいるうちに、だんだんと口の中が辛くなり、体がポカポカする感じも。
ただ辛いだけでなく、辛味の中に、優しい甘みが感じられる。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
他のビールでは感じられない独特の風味があって、とても楽しい&美味しいビール。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Imperial IPA.
I’ve had House IPA many times.
It’s one of my favorite beers and I drink it regularly, but it seems to taste different every time I drink it.
I wonder if they change the recipe from time to time.
This time, it has more of a citrus flavor, like orange.
A little spicy, reminiscent of wood.
The bitterness is moderate, and the body is a bit heavy.
The mouthfeel is smooth with low carbonation.
The aftertaste is slightly sweet.
It is refreshing, easy to drink despite its high alcohol content, and very tasty.
