箕面ビール×Modern times　Neko Kingdom（ネコキングダム）

サワーエールでいいのかな。
パイナップル果汁、ボンタン、塩を使用。
柑橘の風味や、トロピカルフルーツのような風味が感じられる。
麦のような風味も少々。
フルーティーで、酸味はほどよく、塩気も少々。
ボディはミディアム。
正直、特別美味しいという感じではなかったのだけど、飲んでいるうちにだんだんとハマっていく感じ。

スペック：アルコール度数5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

I think it’s a sour ale.
Made with pineapple juice, bontang, and salt.
Some citrus and tropical fruit flavors.
A bit of a barley-like flavor as well.
Fruity, with moderate acidity and a bit of saltiness.
Medium body.
To be honest, I didn’t find it particularly tasty, but as I drank it, I found myself getting more and more into it.
