Sierra Nevada West Ghost
モダンウエストコーストIPA。
ホップは、アマリロ、シトラ、アイダホ7、マグナムを使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘、少しベリー、トロピカルフルーツ。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライなビール。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
美味しいのだけど、ちょっと物足りない感じのするIPA。
アルコール度数7.2% IBU60

Double IPA.
Hops used: Citra, Loral, and Idaho 7.
Citrus flavors such as grapefruit and lime.
It also has flavors reminiscent of tropical fruits like berries and lychee.
You can detect grassy notes and spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
It’s sweet, refreshing, and fruity.
The bitterness is pronounced, and it has a slightly full-bodied mouthfeel.
It’s a vibrant beer, but the finish is dry and crisp.
If anything, it’s a modern-style IPA.
This IPA is really delicious.
