志賀高原ビール　from scratch / a blonde ale
ブロンドエール。
ホップはカスケードを使用。
グレープフルーツ、レモン、ライムなどの柑橘の風味。
ハーブっぽい風味も感じられる。
甘い感じはほとんどなく、ドライでスッキリ。
苦みは、ほどよく。
ブロンドエールとしては、ホップが十分に効いている印象。
特別どうこうっていうわけではないのだけど、飲み飽きない感じで、とてもイイ。

アルコール度数5%　IBU30

For a blonde ale, it feels like the hops really come through.
It’s nothing particularly special, but it’s the kind of beer you never get tired of drinking—it’s really good.
