志賀高原ビール from scratch / a blonde ale
ブロンドエール。
ホップは、カスケードなど使用。
穏やかなグレープフルーツ、レモンなどの柑橘の風味。
甘やかな感じはありつつも、ドライなビール。
苦みは、ほどよく。
ボディはやや軽めかなぁ。
ブロンドエールのわりに、ホップが効いている感じ。
特別どうこうというわけではないのだけど、美味しいね。

Hops include Cascade and others.
Mild citrus flavors like grapefruit and lemon.
It has a sweet character but is a dry beer.
The bitterness is just right.
The body is a bit on the light side, I’d say.
For a blonde ale, the hops really come through.
It’s nothing out of the ordinary, but it’s tasty.
