志賀高原ビール Kind of Gold
インペリアルIPA。
DOGFISH HEAD、OXBOWとのコラボ。
ホップは、カスケードなど使用。
原料に、米と蜂蜜。
口に含むと、グレープフルーツ、和柑橘などの風味。
後味に、メロンのような瓜っぽい風味を感じる。
瑞々しい感じがあり、甘やかでフルーティー。
口当たりが柔らかく、滑らか。
苦みは強めで、後味がスッキリとしたビール。
アルコール度数が高いわりに飲みやすく、スイスイ飲めてしまう。
IPAとしては、クラシックな感じ。
流行りのスタイルとは違うけど、これはこれで美味しい。
もう少し寝かせてみても、面白そう。

It has a strong bitterness and a clean finish.
Despite its high alcohol content, it’s easy to drink and goes down smoothly.
It has a classic IPA feel.
It’s different from the trendy styles, but it’s delicious in its own right.
It might be interesting to let it age a little longer.
