Monkish Glimpse into Time
DDHトリプルIPA。
ホップは、Motueka、Citra、Strataを使用。
桃、ベリーなどの風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘や、メロンのような風味も少し。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは、柔らかく、滑らか。
ボディはやや重め。
ただアルコール度数が高いわりに、飲みやすい。
苦いというよりは、渋いのかなぁ。
口の中がピリピリするような感じがあって、ちょっと気になる。
アルコール度数10% IBU?
