COEDO　時鐘江戸俤（ときのかね えどのおもかげ）

Japanese style Brut IPA。
ホップは、Saphir、Amarillo、Motueka、Mosaic、Galaxy、Enigmaを使用。
原料に麹、柚子皮を使用。
グレープフルーツ、リンゴ、洋梨のような風味が感じられ、フルーティー。
柚子の風味は、思ったよりも控えめ。
柚子全開のビールもあるけれど、これくらいの方が、全体的なバランスが良くて、とてもいいと思う。
ボディはミディアムかな。
ドライでスッキリとした後味。
爽やかで、飽きのこないビール。
とても美味しかったので、買い足しておこうかな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Japanese style Brut IPA.

Yuzu peel is used as an ingredient.
The flavor is fruity, with hints of grapefruit, apple, and pear.
The yuzu flavor is more subdued than I expected.
There are some beers that are full of yuzu, but I think this one has a better overall balance and is very good.
The body is medium.
The aftertaste is dry and crisp.
A refreshing beer that you will never get tired of.
I enjoyed it so much, I think I’ll buy some more.
