Brasserie Knot 2024 YAMASACHI 1年熟成
フルーツIPA。
YAMASACHIの熟成版。
ブドウを使ったビール。
いや、これは旨い。
穏やかなブドウ、ベリーの風味。
グレープフルーツ、ミカンなどの柑橘も少し。
なんとなく干し柿っぽい風味も感じられる。
ほのかに甘く、フルーティ。
少し渋みがあって、若干、酸味も。
苦みは、しっかりめの印象。
後味は、ドライでスッキリ。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
派手ではないものの、華やかな感じがあって、美味しいビール。
今年の新しいYAMASACHIを飲んだのだけど、熟成版の方が美味しいね。
新しいものは、まだ若いというか、硬い印象で、魅力を十分に発揮できていない感じ。

A hint of citrus like grapefruit and mandarin orange.
I also detect a subtle dried persimmon note.
Slightly sweet and fruity.
A touch of astringency and a bit of tartness.
The bitterness leaves a solid impression.
The finish is dry and clean.
The body feels a bit on the heavier side.
It’s not flashy, but it has a vibrant feel and is a delicious beer.
I tried this year’s new YAMASACHI, but the aged version is tastier.
The new one still feels young, or rather stiff, like it hasn’t fully revealed its charm yet.
