インペリアルゴーゼ。
濃い紫色のビール。
原料に、ブラックベリー、カシスを使用。
飲んでみると、ベリーやアメリカンチェリーのような、濃厚な風味が感じられる。
少し甘い感じがあるものの、酸味は強め。
飲んでいると酸味で、目が覚める感じ。
口当たりは滑らかなんだけど、ドロっとした感じでスムージーみたい。
塩気は強め。
ボディも重め。
ただ、ベリーなどの風味が濃厚なせいか、アルコール度数の高さは飲んでいてあまり気にならない。
美味しいのだけど、1人で飲むには量が多すぎた。
350ml位で十分かな。

The body is also heavy.
However, perhaps because of the richness of the berry and other flavors, the high alcohol content doesn’t bother me much when I drink it.
It was delicious, but it was too much for one person to drink.
I think about 350ml would be enough.
