ブルーミン 煮干BLACK
Black Aleとのこと。
氷見産の煮干（カタクチイワシ）の出汁を使っているそう。
焙煎香が感じられる。
飲んでいて、いわゆるコクというか旨味を感じる。
オイリーな感じがあって、やや重めのボディ。
コクとかオイリーな感じは、煮干しの出汁由来なのかなぁ。
生臭さなどの嫌な風味は全く無く、美味しいビールだった。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

He seems to use anchovy.
Roasted aroma can be felt.
I feel rich.
It has an oily feel and a slightly heavy body.
I guess the rich or oily feeling comes from the broth of the anchovy.
There was no unpleasant flavor such as fishy odor, and it was a delicious beer.
