伊勢角屋麦酒 Mango Lassi Smoothie
スムージースタイル Hazy IPAとのこと。
ホップは、Sabro、HBC472、Talusを使用。
原料にカルダモンを使用。
マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツ、グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味を感じる。
それから、フローラルな感じや、生姜のようなスパイシーな風味、少し草っぽい風味も。
飲んでいて、なんとなく清涼感がある。
甘い感じはほとんどなく、ドライな後味。
苦味はしっかりしているものの、軽めのボディで、スイスイ飲める。
少し温まってきてからのほうが、風味豊かになり美味しいと思う。
このビール、マンゴーラッシーをイメージして使ったビールらしい。
それっぽさはあるのだけど、ちょっと違うかなぁ。

It has flavors of mango and other tropical fruits, grapefruit, and lime.
Then there are floral, spicy like ginger, and a little grassy.
It’s kind of cool and refreshing to drink.
There is very little sweetness and a dry aftertaste.
The bitterness is strong, but the body is light, making it easy to drink.
I think it tastes better after it warms up a bit, as it becomes more flavorful.
This beer is supposed to be inspired by mango lassi, but it’s not quite like that.
