伊勢角屋麦酒　Imperial IPA

インペリアルIPA。
伊勢角屋麦酒の社長、自らが仕込んだビールとのこと。
洋梨や瓜のような濃厚な風味が目立つ、フルーティーなビール。
その他に、グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味や、草っぽい風味も少々。
それから、後味に、麦っぽい香ばしい風味も。
ほのかに甘い感じがあって、飲んでいて苦い感じはあまりしない。
ボディは、やや重め。
流石に、アルコール感が目立つものの、意外と飲みやすい。
気づくと、いつの間にやらスルスルと結構な量を飲んでいたりするので、危ない感じ。
このビール、とても美味しい。
冷蔵庫で寝かせたら、また雰囲気が変わりそうな感じ。
保存用に、もう一本買っておけば良かったなぁ。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Imperial IPA.
It is a fruity beer with a rich pear-like flavor.
There are also citrus flavors such as grapefruit and lime, as well as grassy flavors.
Then there is a barley-like, savory aftertaste.
There is a hint of sweetness, and it is not too bitter to drink.
The body is a little heavy.
Although the alcohol is noticeable, it is surprisingly easy to drink.
Before you know it, you’ll be drinking a lot of it.
This beer is very tasty.
I’m sure the atmosphere will change once it sits in the fridge.
I wish I had bought another bottle.
