アメリカンIPA。
ホップは、Mosaic、Ekuanot、Idaho7、Chinookを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジ。
ベリーやトロピカルフルーツも。
草っぽい風味もしっかりと。
温度が上がってくると、なんとなく大蒜や生姜をおもわせるスパイシーな風味が、感じられる。
少し甘い感じがあり、フルーティー。
苦みほどよく、ボディはミディアムよりは重めかなぁ。
これは、良いビール。
美味しいね。
