ひみつビール らっこにひき
DDH IPA。
ホップは、シトラ、クラッシュ、ネルソンなど使用。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、桃のような風味が、やや強く。
それから、白ブドウ、ライチのような風味も。
草っぽい風味も感じられる。
甘く、ジューシー。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重め。
アルコール度数が控えめのわりに、飲みごたえがある感じ。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
美味しいのだけど、甘いので好みが別れるかも。
個人的には、もう少し甘さ控えめの方が好み。
アルコール度数5% IBU?

Flavors of orange, grapefruit, and peach come through quite strongly.
Followed by notes of white grape and lychee.
A grassy flavor is also detectable.
Sweet and juicy.
Body is slightly heavier than medium.
Despite its lower alcohol content, it feels substantial.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
It’s delicious, but the sweetness might divide opinions.
Personally, I prefer it a bit less sweet.
