ひみつビール　Wasteland
JUICY IPA。
生姜の葉を原料に使っているそう。
ベリーや桃の風味。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味も少し。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
生姜の風味は強くは無いけれど、ほんのり生姜のようなスパイシーな風味が感じられる。
苦味は控えめ。
口当たりはとても柔らかく、滑らか。
生姜の風味のおかげか、後味がスッキリとしていて、美味しい。

アルコール度数7%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

JUICY IPA.
They use ginger leaves as an ingredient.
Flavors of berries and peaches.
A little grapefruit and other citrus flavors.
A little sweet and juicy.
The ginger flavor is not strong, but there is a slight gingery spicy flavor.
Bitterness is moderate.
Very soft and smooth on the palate.
Delicious with a clean aftertaste, probably due to the ginger flavor.
